Earning Points
How do I earn points?
Shop with our partner businesses, respond to surveys or refer friends. Anything we share will clearly indicate whether or not it has points associated with it. Details and offers are at sideline.pro/offers.
Do I earn points automatically or do I have to upload receipts?
Most points are automatic. If a deal wants a receipt pic, blame the apps stuck in 2010.
How many points do I get per purchase?
Points vary by offer. You’ll see exact amounts listed with each offer.
Can I earn points at any business, or only partner businesses?
Only our partners count. Random gas station snacks? Not this time.
Do I get points for referring teams, not just individuals?
Yep. Bring the whole squad. Details at sideline.pro/refer.
Will I earn points for online purchases?
As my midwestern mom would say, “Oh, you betcha!” Just shop through your Sideline Savings account so we can track it.
Can I combine points from different family members?
Not yet. Everyone racks up their own stash.
Redeeming Points
How do I redeem points for discounts?
Right now, you cash in at tournaments only. Text “Redeem.” If you’ve banked enough points, we’ll shoot you a discount code.
What can I redeem points for besides tournament fees?
At the moment? Just tournaments. More perks coming—stay tuned.
Is there a minimum number of points required to redeem?
Yep. Every 350 points scores you five bucks off. No pennies here.
How long does it take for a redemption to process?
Instant. You’ll get your code while you’re still in line at the tournament.
Can I get cash back instead of discounts?
No cash-outs. We’re not your personal ATM.
Can I donate my points to a team or charity?
You bet. Share the love with a teammate. Details at sideline.pro/donate.
Points Policies
Do my points expire?
Yep. Points vanish after 12 months if you ignore them. Or after 90 days of inactivity. Use ‘em or lose ‘em.
What happens to my points if I close my account?
They go bye-bye. Closing your account wipes your balance.
If my account is inactive, will I lose points?
If you ghost us for a year or are inactive for 90 days, your points expire. Stay active, keep earning.
What happens to points if a tournament is canceled?
No worries. Your points bounce back to your account fast.
Can I get cash back instead of discounts?

Is Sideline Savings available in my state/country?
Right now, we’re U.S.-only. We are expanding nationally starting in California. No international yet. Sorry, globe-trotters.
Are there any restrictions on who can join?
You’ve gotta be 18+ and live in the U.S. That’s it. Pretty simple.

Is my personal information safe?
Yep. We guard your info like it’s the championship trophy.
Will my data be shared with third parties?
Never sold. Ever. We only share what’s needed to run your account.
How do you protect payment information?
Encrypted end to end. Translation: hackers can’t touch it.
How do I opt out of marketing emails or texts?
Hit “unsubscribe” anytime from the emails or reply “Stop” to any message we send. Just know—no messages mean no points or discounts. Bye-bye perks.

What if I don’t have a smartphone?
No smartphone? Retro vibes. But you’ll need something that can text and scan QR codes to roll with us.

When do I get my referral points?
Once your friend joins and makes their first qualifying tournament purchase, the points hit your account.
What if my friend forgets to use my referral code?
Oops. No code, no points. Make sure they use your link so you don’t miss out or dump them as your friend!
